About the position

The position involves coordinating and managing product launches, developing creative content, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing website content, supporting tradeshows and events, and analyzing performance metrics. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and the use of multiple digital tools to ensure effective marketing strategies and product introductions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage product launches using Wrike, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
  • Develop and update Sales Resource Pages (SRPs) with essential content.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to monitor NPI progress through regular meetings.
  • Design high-quality digital and print materials, including graphics, flyers, and web banners, using Adobe Suite or Canva.
  • Produce engaging video content with InVideo and coordinate with internal designers and the Branding & Marketing Communications team for additional support.
  • Create and schedule email campaigns and social media posts for NPIs through HubSpot.
  • Regularly maintain and optimize contact databases.
  • Update website content, including product databases, blogs, and technical resources.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate website updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and other technical marketing events.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, product samples, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional assets for events.
  • Track and report performance metrics for websites, social media, and email campaigns using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar.
  • Oversee tools like Adobe Suite, InVideo, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless team access and subscription renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years in marketing, NPI coordination, or project management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and video editing tools.
  • Experience with project management platforms like Wrike or Jira.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for email, social media, and CRM.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
