Responsibilities

• Analyze data from various applications that contain multiple data points related to systems, modules, parts, and specific operational processes.
• Generate detailed reports using available application tools.
• Collaborate with application technical teams to gather required data when necessary.
• Compare and cross-validate data between different systems.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information, pinpoint the source of issues, and develop a clear narrative explaining the root causes.
• Work with business stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
• Track and manage issues using appropriate ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in analyzing data from multiple systems.
• SQL is highly desired.
• Proficiency in creating and developing Excel reports based on summarized data.
• High proficiency with computer systems and effective communication skills.
