About the position

As Tecore's Technical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of mission-critical Operational Systems. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing Quality Management, Documentation, Logistics, and the Customer Response Center (CRC). You will collaborate closely with key functional areas of the business to ensure that each department's operational needs and goals are effectively met through the Operation System. This role demands hands-on interaction with various departments and oversight of the CRC, making it both technical and demanding. A balance of project management technical skills, highly developed analytical skills, proven managerial skills, and strong teaming/relationship skills is essential for success in this position. Your responsibilities will include documenting the requirements of other departments and assisting in translating their desired operational outcomes into implementation within the QuickBase System. You will manage the QuickBase System program implementation through a detailed project plan, monitoring progress, and reporting the status to the management team. Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders is crucial as you develop project plans that encompass all necessary activities, including those related to information systems, business processes, communication with internal stakeholders, documentation, and training. You will also oversee and manage the CRC department, working cross-functionally to facilitate the resolution of high-priority customer issues. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and building a knowledge database for the CRC to utilize as a reference during customer support calls. Acting as escalation support for the CRC manager, you will exhibit high customer relationship and support skills. Your role will also involve supervising the ISO 9001 quality management processes by overseeing the Quality Specialist and providing guidance on any non-conformities. Furthermore, you will oversee and manage the logistics department, creating and developing best practice processes for shipping, receiving, and warehousing inventory. Managing the facilities group will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that current vendors and maintenance contracts for the building are effectively managed and that routine building maintenance is performed and documented for future reference.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems or equivalent experience or related degree.
  • 5+ years of experience managing information systems and/or operations.
  • 3+ years of wireless experience (field, operations, or engineering).
  • Familiarity with wireless technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Core, RAN, UMTS, and LTE.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work with a team.

  • Innovative project delivery methods.
