About the position

The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the Mechanical and Electrical infrastructures in accordance with the Technical Services strategy and standards. This role provides specialist technical support to ensure business operations are effectively maintained and monitored, with potential team leadership responsibilities to deliver services across specific work areas or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of operational risk management strategies for technical infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and property-related legislation.
• Manage incident recovery and response for technical issues.
• Oversee the contracted supply chain to ensure proper operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
• Drive consistent application of technical standards and processes across operations.
• Utilize competent resources to deliver energy-efficient operations.
• Make effective decisions on complex engineering issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of UPS systems, generators, and computer room HVAC systems is required.
