This position involves engaging with both prospective and existing customers, offering technical assistance, and closing sales. The representative will work closely with field technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Close sales.
• Engage with customers over the phone, providing sales support and technical assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hybrid battery solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with field technicians to coordinate on-site services.

Requirements

• Excellent phone and communication skills.

• Availability to work swing shifts, at times during evenings and weekends.
