About the position

The Technical Project Manager (PM) at Venuiti is responsible for overseeing government-related projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. This role involves developing comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. The PM will leverage their leadership skills and experience in agile methodologies to drive project success in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge company goals with consumer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, including milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Perform project documentation.
