About the position

The Technical Product Analyst, Patient Experience at Johnson & Johnson plays a crucial role in enhancing patient engagement through technology. This position focuses on data management, integration, and governance to ensure seamless data flow across various platforms, ultimately improving patient experiences and outcomes. The analyst will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver efficient technology solutions while adhering to healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technical product owners to understand patient data needs and deliver efficient technology solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integrations across various systems and third-party vendors.
  • Commit to improving data integrations, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Evolve the PECS data and integration strategy through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Establish a patient data governance framework to improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, focusing on HIPAA, and implement security measures to protect patient data.
  • Foster relationships with external partners and vendors for effective data sharing and integration.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive patient experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of product or technology experience is required.
  • Experience building and delivering technical solutions is required.
  • Proficiency in data migration, data management, and relevant programming languages is critical.
  • Experience with data integration platforms and cloud technologies is required.
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) is preferred.
  • Experience in products built on Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud is required.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality are required.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven track record in leading projects/integrations from start to finish is necessary.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) is preferred.
