About the position

The Technical Product Delivery Manager at ArcheSys is responsible for managing the IT product and delivery strategy for government clients. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. The manager will collaborate with engineers and technical experts to tailor IT solutions to meet evolving customer needs, while overseeing project management and resource allocation in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies aligned with customer objectives.
• Engage in market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer business goals.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps to guide project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
• Lead the process of gathering and documenting detailed product requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to validate requirements and product concepts.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Help in developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Contribute to the automation of deployment processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in optimizing system performance and resource utilization.
• Oversee the execution of sprint plans, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Utilize agile methodologies to streamline development processes and enhance product quality.
• Manage resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across various projects.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster personal and professional growth.
• Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them.
• Engage in crisis management to keep projects on track.
• Foster open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of technologies and solutions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address complex challenges and foster innovation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining system architecture, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a track record of delivering complex products successfully.
• Previous experience in a technical role, such as a developer or systems analyst, is desirable.
• Experience with data analysis and user research.
• Experience in government consulting preferred; management consulting experience is a plus.
• Certifications in product management or Agile development or AWS Cloud.
