About the position

At Bandwidth, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the direction and priorities for customer-facing aspects of the Bandwidth API Experience. This includes managing the Developer Experience (DevX), SDKs, and developer documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end customer API journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, features, and improvements. You will create initiatives, plans, and priorities for the Bandwidth API and Developer Experience, focusing on the interactions related to our products and services, ensuring quality, functionality, design, and usability are at the forefront of our offerings. You will focus on refining our API competitive analysis to build solutions for a cohesive One Bandwidth API strategy. Collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture community will be essential to stay updated with technologies and techniques that will advance our business. Establishing effective communication channels between technical teams and customer-facing teams will ensure accurate communications are delivered at the right time, ultimately ensuring customers have an exceptional user experience with our products. Additionally, you will define tools for designing new APIs, including the pipeline for generating our API reference and SDKs.
