About the position

The Technical Product Manager role focuses on delivering new and enhanced identity access initiatives within the Security Threat and Response Management (STRM) program. This position is responsible for managing technical implementation efforts, driving project roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements while mentoring junior team members. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to implement scalable solutions and improve operational readiness of platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner on technical implementation efforts of new products and services with strong communication to impacted business owners
• Manage and drive the road map, initiatives, features, stories, and tasks for the Vulnerability Management function
• Work with vendors to implement scalable solutions into our solution architecture
• Manage day-to-day project team efforts
• Prioritize and identify cross-team, application, and system enhancements
• Lead review sessions of technical requirements and manage the defect resolution process
• Partner with peers in Business Operations (BizOps) and other internal identity access management teams to ensure delivery of services aligns with governance controls and support requirements
• Ensure operational readiness of platforms through reviews and procedures of planning, testing, and implementation management
• Lead cross-functional teams and deliver global projects working with regional offices
• Coordinate with one or more groups to ensure platform goals are met
• Manage project life cycles from inception to delivery in an Agile framework environment across multiple teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact and communication for both internal and external management discussions and presentations
• Develop plans to improve quality within systems and platforms

Requirements

• 11-15 years of experience in a related field
• Working knowledge and experience with managing project teams in an Agile environment
