About the position

The Technical Product Manager for Client Delivery of Data Products is responsible for overseeing the delivery of data projects, primarily focusing on client engagement and program management. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills, with an emphasis on managing data engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence reporting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical roles earlier in their career and will be expected to develop client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery of data projects and client engagement.
• Manage data engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence reporting projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Oversee project execution, planning, and management using Agile methodologies.
• Handle contract management and financial oversight related to projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in the data space.
• Solid experience managing data engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence reporting projects.
• Proficient in Scrum, project management, program management, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Experience managing challenging project scenarios and client communications.
• Experience with contract management and financial oversight.
