About the position

The Technical Product Manager for Electronic Warfare at Anduril Industries is responsible for leading the collaboration between frontend, backend, and embedded teams to streamline product development. This role is crucial in executing and influencing the product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and technical proficiency in digital signal processing, radios, and hardware interfaces, while adeptly managing projects using tools like JIRA and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize projects spanning frontend, backend, and embedded systems.
  • Execute product roadmaps and refine the product vision in alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
  • Utilize JIRA to manage the workflow, while tailoring agile practices to fit the team's unique project requirements.
  • Leverage knowledge of DSP, radio technology, and hardware HMI to drive the development of innovative products.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and structure within the team to navigate and manage the inherent complexities of projects.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years in software product development, with at least 5 years specifically in a hands-on product management capacity.
  • A deep understanding of back-end and front-end web technologies & distributed systems to consider capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong JIRA experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in managing complex software development projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive product decisions.
  • An agile mindset with the ability to adapt processes to meet the unique needs of the team and projects.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience with digital signal processing, radio technology, and hardware interfaces.
  • Experience working in a developer focused product team.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance helpful but not required.
