As a Technical Product Manager for Engage (AFX) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical and business teams. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure that all committed work is delivered on time. You will work backwards from strategic internal customers, deciphering business rules to deliver high-quality, durable, and scalable solutions. Your ability to define strategies and evangelize them across a broad group of stakeholders will be essential. You will execute these strategies, remove blockers, and ensure that the outcomes align with the desired objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting formal business and technical requirement gathering, engaging in daily stand-ups, and interacting with senior leadership. You will also participate in learning sessions with the SalesForce team, ensuring that you remain informed about the latest tools and processes.
