About the position

The Technical Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions at Axos Bank is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of the Solutions Consulting team within the Centers of Excellence (COE). This role focuses on driving innovation, standardizing best practices, and delivering scalable solutions across various products and business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and business process management, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Solutions Engineering team, aligning with the overall enterprise strategy
  • Lead and manage a team of experts specialized in diverse enterprise technology and business domains, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with lines of business to assess opportunities to improve sales, service and efficiency through the implementation and optimization of COE technologies
  • Create comprehensive discovery documents specifying the features and functionality required for the technology teams to develop
  • Maintain knowledge of technology evolutions and consistently identify opportunities to pilot and innovate on existing and future technology
  • Standardize best practices and processes across the Solutions Engineering team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
  • Build and maintain the technology project roadmap for the Centers of Excellence
  • Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to build and deliver scalable enterprise solutions that meet business needs
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the Solutions Engineering team, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and external partners
  • Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across the Solutions Engineering team and the broader organization
  • Manage the budget and resources for the Solutions Engineering team, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization
  • Oversee the creation of and/or author software requirements documents and ensure the technology teams deliver to the specifications of the product requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a technology or business process management environment
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce, Contact Center AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology and business process management
