To support their Innovative Medicines Transcend program, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Technical Product Manager ERP Logistics Global Trade. The role is to be located in the United States (preferred location Titusville NJ) or in EMEA (preferred location Beerse BE). Innovative Medicines Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one 'clean' ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Innovative Medicines ERP landscape from 7 platforms to 1, standardizing processes to drive a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicines business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. This role will shape and deliver the Innovative Medicines global template for the ERP Global Trade Compliance processes and enable new capabilities for emerging supply chain needs within IM E2E Supply Chain (R&D, Clinical and Commercial). The position leads design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA and GTS4HANA capabilities in the Global Trade space and governs the J&J IM template while driving the capabilities' evolution through the deployments within the ERP Logistics domain and must connect across functional domains to enable an End-to-End integrated solution.

Responsibilities

  • Own vision and prioritization of new technical features and/or enhancements for Trade Compliance and Trade Preferences to meet business needs.
  • Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for Intercompany requirements.
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency.
  • Further refine the backlog by adding necessary technical features and epics; work with Suppliers and Product owners, with regard to supplier delivered capacity & architectural integration is understood.
  • Help Product Owners prioritize their backlogs, handle product / platform constraints, and resolve cross-team dependencies; lead demand intake as required.
  • Accountable for solution design and implementation for Global Trade Compliance processes for Innovative Medicines Supply Chain on the ERP platform and the integration with the ERP ecosystem.
  • Drive business process standardization and strategies to drive best in class design.
  • Effectively engage with business and functional teams in providing the best fit technical solutions while aligning to Transcend program design and implementation standards.
  • Drive selection of product / platform solution options, work with the Engineering team to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing and to balance tech debt.
  • Accountable to lead the integrated solution build and deployment.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of Technical Testing and support business workstream lead to plan and implement Business Simulation and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as required.
  • Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s).
