About the position

The Technical Product Manager will be instrumental in driving the development of fintech products that align with business objectives while ensuring a seamless, scalable, and secure user experience. This role involves leading cross-functional teams using SAFe methodology, translating complex business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution, and possess a proven track record in managing complex fintech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and business goals.
• Lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs), collaborate with Solution Architects, and facilitate PI Planning to ensure smooth product delivery under the SAFe framework.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across engineering, compliance, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, deliverable, and aligned with the overall strategy.
• Analyze fintech industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver highly scalable, secure, and innovative fintech solutions.
• Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and iterate on product features based on insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience in leading teams within the SAFe framework, including PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, and continuous delivery.
• Strong understanding of fintech technologies, APIs, cloud solutions, and security best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive product innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
