About the position

CorneaGen is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Financial Systems to join our mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of others through innovative cornea care. This role is pivotal in leading the planning, design, development, and deployment of enhancements to our financial applications. As a key contributor to our Technology Services team, the Technical Product Manager will collaborate closely with business partners to balance technical and business objectives, ensuring that priorities are clear and stable for the team. In this position, you will manage product planning for Financial Applications, engaging in daily collaboration and decision-making with a cross-functional team that includes developers and business partners. You will work closely with business leaders and the IT department to develop business cases, conduct product evaluations, and facilitate effective communication and reporting. Additionally, you will lead and partner with development and engineering teams to analyze requests, design solutions, and remove obstacles to support the dynamic needs of our organization. This full-time, salaried position reports to the Director of Product Management and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring at least two days in-person at our Seattle office, with the remaining days available for remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems management, particularly as a NetSuite Administrator, and will be adept at writing business and functional requirements for software and hardware solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of enhancements to financial applications.
• Align with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and establish clear priorities.
• Manage product planning of Financial Applications through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business cases, product evaluations, communications, and reporting in partnership with business leaders and the IT department.
• Lead and partner with development and engineering teams to analyze requests and design solutions.
• Facilitate testing of system fixes and enhancements, including participation in QA and regression testing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Experience managing financial systems at an administrator level.
• Understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in writing business and functional requirements for software and hardware solutions.
• Solid background in solutions delivery from ideation through release.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, using discretion in decision making.
• Experience in facilitating testing system fixes and enhancements, including writing UAT scripts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
