As a Technical Product Manager II focused on Trust & Safety, you will play a crucial role in delivering initiatives that enhance our value proposition centered around trust and safety. This position requires a candidate who thrives on challenges and can navigate complexity to develop data-driven recommendations. You will be responsible for transforming qualitative customer feedback into quantitative insights that inform strategic decisions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive urgency and alignment across various stakeholders. In this role, you will identify and measure current trust scenarios and risk exposure, explaining how these factors impact our diverse user groups. You will prioritize solutions based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Leading key projects, you will partner with teams across Trust & Safety Operations, Customer Care, Policy, Legal, Engineering, and other product teams to mitigate brand risk. Your work will involve building, launching, and improving new and existing features, ensuring the integrity of product data, and facilitating post-analysis learning. You will create detailed product and testing requirements powered by metrics and OKRs, collaborating cross-functionally to drive business results. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Trust & Safety. You should be comfortable addressing ambiguous technical problems and working closely with engineering teams. Experience with Machine Learning and AI tools, as well as a quantitative degree in mathematics, engineering, or computer science, is preferred. You will need to demonstrate a strong team orientation, the ability to generate creative ideas backed by data, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with both front-end and back-end work is essential, as you will collaborate with a full-stack development team to build features.
