We are seeking a dedicated Technical Product Manager Lead for the Analytics Enablement team within Marketing Data & Analytics. This team is focused on ensuring that USAA's Marketing organization has industry-leading marketing measurement by blending data, technology, and analytics. The goal is to enable timely optimization decisions for in-market campaigns, maximizing return on marketing investment and supporting marketing line of business teams throughout the marketing lifecycle. This role is critical in leading Paid Media data management and tools that support marketing measurement methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Last-Click Attribution (LOC). The Technical Product Manager will have a deep understanding of both the business and the correlated technology domains. They will facilitate the creation of data-driven business and technology strategies to achieve operational objectives and influence cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technology objectives. This includes assisting the business in identifying and managing risks, performance issues, and controls related to their domain. The Technical Product Manager will also set context and goals with project teams and monitor systems on a recurring basis to ensure effective operations. In this role, the Technical Product Manager will lead the identification and monitoring of Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) and Business Application Controls (BACs) to mitigate IT risks. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies that impact strategic roadmaps and work with IT to understand industry technical solutions to drive build vs. buy recommendations. The position requires overseeing changes to the platform environment and communicating API capabilities for strategic integration purposes. Additionally, the Technical Product Manager will prepare data-driven presentations and other forms of communication to clearly communicate prioritization discussions, product backlog, and releases, while consistently providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
