About the position

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) role focuses on leading the migration of data platforms from Tableau to MicroStrategy Cloud. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization of the MicroStrategy platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of data platforms from Tableau to MicroStrategy Cloud.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of MicroStrategy Cloud.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of BI tools.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for the migration process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with expertise in data analytics platforms.
• Proven experience with MicroStrategy, including cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and their architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience in API integration and performance tuning for BI tools.
• Excellent project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
