About the position

The Technical Product Manager role focuses on leading the design, development, and configuration of applications within the .NET framework, specifically tailored for Supply Chain and Cloud environments. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of full-stack development and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a business process definition repository and implementing Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) to enhance Supply Chain operations. This involves utilizing process mining techniques to optimize processes and provide a real-time transactional view across systems, particularly for Critical Service Operations (CSOs). In addition to process optimization, the role emphasizes improving monitoring capabilities, including Quality of Service (QoS) metrics and BAM functionalities. The Technical Product Manager will also be tasked with creating a structured approach to system definition and information architecture, which is essential for enhancing product usability. Crafting terminology, product and feature naming, and conducting user research to optimize the product experience and interface are critical components of this role. The position requires collaboration with design teams to ensure that the final product aligns with user requirements and needs. The Technical Product Manager will also develop and implement a communication strategy to effectively position the product in the market. Managing the product throughout its lifecycle is essential, ensuring that it evolves to meet customer needs while collaborating with various product teams to define a multi-year strategy for product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Requirements
