About the position

StubHub is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the development of next-generation technologies and impactful features within the Platform and Infrastructure team. This role involves managing the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch, while optimizing team efficiency and controlling costs. The position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Define product requirements and create roadmaps for product development.
• Work closely with the Platform team to operationalize strategy and optimize efficiency.
• Conduct cost analysis and implement processes for optimal cost efficiency.
• Drive adoption of frameworks, tools, and services built by the Platform Team through advocacy and education.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant working experience in product management or a related field.
• Understanding of how technology platforms are built and operate at scale.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple business organizations and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to break down complex systems and processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of ticketing platforms or live event industries.
