The role also involves ensuring access to dashboards, reports, and data extracts as necessary. The Technical Product Manager will maintain the roadmap for product operations data initiatives, informed by go-to-market strategy, customer insights, industry dynamics, and strategic initiatives. This includes writing SQL queries, providing ad-hoc reports, and creating dashboards to empower product management to make more informed decisions by equipping them with relevant product data and customer insights to streamline prioritization. The role requires reviewing and managing the product tech stack to establish internal best practices and ensure team members are using the right tools effectively. Additionally, the Technical Product Manager will aggregate and analyze existing data across the organization to tell compelling stories about product success and identify product opportunities. They will help steer product investments and decisions, providing data-driven insights to equip the product team to make informed decisions.
