LSEG is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for all Business as Usual (BAU), demand management and project/program delivery across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) capabilities all LSEG business units. You will be responsible for management of roadmaps of changes and improvements to your capability and ongoing BAU support. In this role, you will lead a team of Business Systems Analysts within CRM Technology, setting objectives and nurturing talent within the organisation to create opportunities for growth and internal mobility. You will be responsible for CRM Technology demand management, prioritization of new demand, project/program delivery and the successful transition of new capabilities into BAU support. You will assist with the annual capital allocation process where required, shape the scope and roadmaps for assigned projects/programs and BAU delivery working closely with business partners. Additionally, you will work with suppliers and internal delivery teams monitoring compliance with contracts and agreed delivery plans, gather feedback on supplier performance, and identify issues and improvements. Your role will also involve providing specialist expertise to strategic and transformational programmes where appropriate, leading issue resolution, and maintaining relationships with a wide range of partners including Project and Strategic Programme Teams, End-Users, Architecture, Technology Partner Organisations, DevOps Team, CRM Tech LT, LSEG Tech Teams, and CT Application Support.
