About the position

The Technical Product Manager at Globalstar will lead the product definition, implementation, and launch of the company's satellite IoT product portfolio. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience and involves collaboration with various teams to analyze market needs and develop strategies for product growth and market share expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product definition and execution for Globalstar's satellite IoT product portfolio.
• Translate product definitions and business requirements into technical requirements for implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and launch new IoT products and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance as a subject matter expert on product vision.
• Assist marketing in developing sales and marketing materials.
• Support sales in creating training materials for distribution partners and customers.
• Develop use cases for IoT products with a focus on customer experience and API development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Engineering degree preferred, MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 8+ years of Technical Product Management experience in wireless and/or satellite technologies.
• Experience managing software and connectivity devices, with a focus on IoT.
• Proven experience in product development, launches, and API integration with cloud services.
• Familiarity with various IoT wireless hardware and software technologies.
• Experience with Product Led Growth and creating 0 -> 1 products.
• Software programming experience in Python, C, Swift, and other languages is a plus.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies for firmware, software, and hardware products.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing and leading Agile product development methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of APIs and integration with SaaS/PaaS B2B products.
