About the position

The Technical Product Manager will lead the product definition, implementation, and launch of Globalstar's satellite IoT product portfolio. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience and involves collaboration with various teams to analyze market opportunities and develop strategies for product growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product definition and execution for Globalstar's satellite IoT product portfolio.
• Translate product definitions and business requirements into technical requirements for implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and launch new IoT products and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance as a subject matter expert on product vision.
• Assist marketing in developing sales and marketing materials.
• Support sales in creating training materials for distribution partners and customers.
• Develop use cases for IoT product market requirements with a focus on customer experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Engineering degree preferred, MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 8+ years of Technical Product Management experience in wireless and/or satellite technologies.
• Experience managing software and connectivity devices, with a focus on IoT.
• Proven experience in product development, launches, and API integration with cloud services.
• Familiarity with various IoT wireless hardware and software technologies.
• Experience with Product Led Growth and creating 0 to 1 products.
• Software programming experience in Python, C, Swift, and other languages is a plus.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing and leading Agile product development methodologies for firmware, software, and hardware products.
• Comprehensive understanding of APIs and integration with SaaS/PaaS B2B products.
