About the position

The Technical Product Manager will lead the product definition, implementation, and launch of Globalstar's satellite IoT product portfolio. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience and supporting marketing efforts to analyze the IoT market, develop insights, and create go-to-market strategies for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and execute the product definition, implementation, and launch of satellite IoT products.
• Engage deeply with customers to understand their problems and gather insights for product development.
• Translate product definitions and business requirements into technical requirements for implementation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to develop detailed product requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and launch new IoT products and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance as a subject matter expert, advocating for product vision.
• Assist marketing in developing sales and marketing materials.
• Support sales by creating training materials for distribution partners and customers.
• Develop use cases for existing and new IoT products with a focus on customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in IoT or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with satellite communications or related technologies.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of API development and integration.
