The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will be a key member of the development team for One Network's Supply Chain Application module suite. This suite is built on the ONE Network Platform, which serves as a runtime and SDK for developing enterprise business applications. The Supply Chain modules encompass various components, including server-side elements, integration features, supply chain planning engines, user interfaces, and design-time studio tools. The TPM will take charge of leading module development and will work closely with customers to implement projects effectively. This role is particularly focused on the functional areas of Supply Chain Management. In this position, the TPM will conduct discovery sessions with customers to gather and analyze their requirements, subsequently documenting these in a Software Requirements Specification. The TPM will also be responsible for producing design documents and participating in design reviews to ensure that the project aligns with customer needs and technical standards. Additionally, the TPM will create project plans, write code, develop unit tests, and create build/deployment scripts. A significant part of the role involves guiding and mentoring a team of developers, participating in code reviews, and reviewing test strategies to ensure quality and performance. The TPM will monitor and manage project execution, executing performance and scalability tests while profiling hotspots to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with Quality Assurance, TechOps, and Production Support will be essential during various project phases to ensure successful implementation and support. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer-facing experience to drive the development of high-quality supply chain solutions.
