About the position

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a product or portfolio of related products.
• Define a vision for a product and create product roadmaps.
• Align stakeholders around the vision for the product and prioritize product features and capabilities.
• Ensure effective cross-functionality and collaboration between teams.
• Determine metrics for success and collect customer feedback.
• Coordinate with other Product Managers on prioritizing, scheduling, and communicating changes across the University.
• Ensure development projects meet business requirements and comply with security and privacy regulations.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including upgrade and testing schedules.
• Gather requirements and user stories, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress.
• Develop technical design documents and architectural diagrams.
• Perform continuous review of technologies and industry standards.
