As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting business owners with the management and upkeep of risk tools and data remediation plans. This position requires a blend of program management, platform management, and documentation creation, ensuring that all aspects of product management are covered effectively. You will be responsible for managing access requests and data requests, logging enhancement and defect requirements, and ensuring that all enhancements and defects are managed to closure. Additionally, you will oversee user management and support queues, providing regular reports on weekly development progress. In terms of platform management, you will handle user access requests, enhancement requests, and data update requests, while also maintaining the platform backlog. Your role will involve facilitating and assisting in the finalization of requirements for platform development and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets the necessary standards. You will also be responsible for creating and managing documentation, including release announcements, release notes, and business requirement documents. Your technical expertise will be essential as you own the delivery of multiple projects from a technical requirements and quality assurance perspective. This includes managing functional specifications, product and platform roadmaps, issue and risk management, and defining success criteria for projects. You will collaborate extensively with internal groups and external partners to ensure that requirements are well documented and understood. Your ability to design high-level system workflows and understand technical architecture will be critical in representing the implementation of requirements. You will interface with various technology teams and business stakeholders to gather complete requirements, converting them into functional specifications while prioritizing and driving execution. As the customer advocate within the engineering team, you will ensure that internal product teams and external clients' needs are met. You will work closely with the program management team to define project milestones and tracks, ensuring that the project remains on track and addressing any roadblocks that may arise. Your role will also involve contributing to the development of design artifacts and quality assurance test plans, requiring a deep understanding of agile lifecycles and process management tools such as JIRA. You will be expected to deliver management information systems (MIS) and analytics, including the deployment of AI/ML models. As a self-starter, you will communicate effectively with a deep understanding of company needs, enabling teams to navigate complexity and drive results. Your strategic thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role, as will your ability to lead diverse teams in a global environment. Advanced Excel skills are required, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in payment systems and workflow development.
