About the position

As a Technical Product Manager in the Global Device Organization at Comcast, you will be instrumental in advancing the company's Wi-Fi product and cloud-based solutions utilized by millions of broadband devices globally. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external partners to develop next-generation Wi-Fi capabilities, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and managing the product lifecycle effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical concepts into simple terms and explain the 'why'.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners and WiFi QA to deliver high-quality product solutions on time.
• Utilize organizational, communication, and time management skills to ensure timely delivery of features/capabilities.
• Differentiate between urgent and important tasks.
• Define KPIs and data requirements.
• Draft and manage requirements and supporting business documentation such as use cases and executive summaries.
• Manage the lifecycle of new products and services.
• Contribute to the product vision across the team and organization.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with product and business strategy.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Rich understanding of Wi-Fi standards, OSI model, packet latency, and association frames.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
