About the position

As a Technical Product Manager in the Global Device Organization at Comcast, you will be instrumental in advancing the company's Wi-Fi product and cloud-based solutions utilized by millions of broadband devices globally. This role involves collaboration with internal and external partners to develop next-generation Wi-Fi capabilities, requiring a strong understanding of Wi-Fi standards and technical concepts. You will manage product lifecycles, define key performance indicators, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Translate technical concepts into simple terms and explain the 'why'.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners and WiFi QA to deliver high-quality product solutions on time.
  • Utilize organizational skills, communication skills, and time management to ensure features/capabilities are planned and delivered on time.
  • Differentiate what is urgent vs. important.
  • Define KPIs and data requirements.
  • Draft and manage requirements and other supporting business documentation such as use cases and executive summaries.
  • Manage the lifecycle of new products and services.
  • Contribute to the product vision across the team and the organization.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with product and business strategy.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
