About the position

The Technical Product Manager for the Signature Site Revamp will lead the complete overhaul of TicketNetwork's Signature Site platform. This platform serves as a white-label website creation tool for our clients to market and sell tickets, and it is being reimagined with a modern content management system (CMS) and enhanced website design capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution of this initiative, ensuring the new platform meets the needs of our clients and stays ahead of industry trends. Your technical expertise, combined with a deep understanding of user experience and market demands, will be critical to the success of the Signature Site Revamp. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and prioritize features, gather and document detailed product requirements, manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and ensure a seamless transition from the old platform to the new one. This position requires a proactive approach to product management, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization. Acting as the primary point of contact for the Signature Site Revamp, you will provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Signature Site Revamp.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Gather and document detailed product requirements from internal stakeholders, clients, and end-users, ensuring these are clearly communicated and understood by the development team.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the company to gather insights, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive the design and implementation of a modern, user-friendly CMS and website creation platform that meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Signature Site Revamp, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in product management.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website design principles.
  • Experience in leading product development from concept to launch.
  • Ability to gather and document detailed product requirements effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and assess product performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
