About the position

The Technical Product Manager role at PayPal is situated within the World Ready organization, which is dedicated to enabling global content that resonates locally with customers. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize tools, frameworks, and processes that enhance PayPal's localization and globalization efforts. Your responsibilities will include defining requirements for automation in localization tools, driving program execution using agile methodologies, and acting as a liaison between engineering and other teams to ensure seamless integration of globalization solutions. You will also evaluate and implement AI/ML solutions for localization and global content management, analyze data for informed decision-making, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive approach to fostering relationships with stakeholders across the organization to align on globalization strategies, making it essential to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse, global teams.   • Evaluate and implement AI/ML solutions for localization and global content management
  • Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a technical environment
  • Experience with content management systems and localization workflows
