About the position

The Technical Product Manager at Get Well will focus on building consumer experiences for patients and clinicians across mobile and web technologies. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance patient engagement and transform the patient care industry. The position requires a strong emphasis on data-informed decision-making and strategic product development to support both domestic and international growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership on strategy and roadmap execution
• Own, manage and drive a prioritized product backlog
• Execute delivery of key product documentation and components
• Liaison with and participate in product sprints with SW/AI development teams
• Partner closely with product, engineering and UX to develop detailed and actionable epics and stories
• Evaluate user feedback and improvement areas to identify new feature opportunities
• Monitor and report on users' reactions and usage post launch
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis
• Perform product demos and training

Requirements

• 4-6 years in a product management role
• Computer Science or engineering degree, preferred but not required
• Experience building an end user product
• Experience with mobile products and analytics/benchmarking/reporting highly preferred
• Ability to manage self and team to goals and deadlines
• Experience working with development and UI/UX
• Experience with lean / agile methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience building healthcare enterprise platforms
• Understanding of APIs
• Adhere to all organizational information security policies
