You will also be accountable for understanding and providing direction for the resolution of defects and production issues, as well as managing the product roadmap to drive technical requirements and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product features. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional group of stakeholders, including business product management and marketing execution organizations, to co-develop a roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will lead and participate in cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel strategies, preparing and delivering executive communications for both business and technical leadership. Additionally, you will benchmark competition, evaluate new industry trends, and shape future digital strategies that will drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, infrastructure, scalability, and simplicity. You will need to build new and leverage existing relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the product and maintain a positive customer experience.
