As a Technical Product Manager at Endava, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and engineering solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to help our clients enhance their customer engagement platforms by integrating the voice of the customer into their services. This involves not only understanding the technical aspects of cloud-native software products but also fostering relationships with various stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met effectively. You will be tasked with providing technical solutions to customer problems, collaborating closely with client-side product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to contribute to strategic planning, roadmap development, and backlog creation for high-profile features and capabilities. In this role, you will establish and nurture relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your deep understanding of cloud-native software products to provide tailored solution directions and recommendations. You will be responsible for creating and refining user stories, defining their criteria for acceptance, and ensuring that the development team is focused on delivering maximum value. Your ability to dive deep into stakeholder needs will be crucial in converting those needs into actionable backlogs, which you will prioritize to keep the development process aligned with client expectations. Additionally, you will own and manage product documentation, enabling self-service support and reducing overhead. You will coordinate internal forums to identify feature-level development opportunities and closely observe industry trends to propose innovative solutions that enhance client processes and products. Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of product iterations will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the solutions provided are continuously improved based on feedback and performance metrics.
