About the position

The Technical Product Manager will focus on enhancing the sales acquisition funnel, specifically targeting buyflow and configuration experiences within the e-commerce industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and product management skills to drive product development and deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop use cases and groom user stories for product development.
• Plan business cases and define Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
• Coordinate product release planning and technical refinement with architects.
• Analyze product metrics, insights, and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
• Lead Scrum processes as a Product Owner, managing day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong UI/UX front-end experience.
• Knowledge of microservices and Swagger.
• Basic understanding of React applications is preferred.
• Experience in use case development and story grooming.
• Proficiency in product metrics and VOC analysis.
• Experience working in a Scrum environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence language tools.
