About the position

The Technical Product Manager will lead a cross-functional team to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role emphasizes a customer-centric and data-driven approach to product management, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable technology initiatives. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user adoption and improve the overall user experience while maintaining a prioritized backlog of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and facilitate sprint activities.
  • Create and communicate requirements that translate business needs into technology initiatives.
  • Advocate for iterative deliverables with measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor usage and assess user data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain training materials to assist in product adoption.
  • Serve as the liaison between the product owner, delivery team, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in or facilitate agile ceremonies such as standups and retrospectives.
  • Instill a product mindset within the team and break down complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Prior experience in a financial or banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence others without direct authority.
  • Experience with data analysis and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
