About the position

We are seeking a motivated Technical Product Manager with a strong technical background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development and improvement, with a user-first approach. The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment and possess the ability to work effectively with technical teams. Experience in Blockchain and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) is a plus but not mandatory. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in product development, assisting in the creation and improvement of the product while working closely with engineering and design teams. You will ensure that the product meets the needs and expectations of users, often involving user research and feedback collection to enhance user experience (UX). Additionally, you will contribute to the product roadmap and strategy, aligning product goals with business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the development and implementation of new features, from ideation to launch, and monitoring and analyzing product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and prioritization. Cross-functional collaboration is key, as you will work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product's success.

Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of technology, has been a developer, tech degree, experience with tech teams.
• Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Passionate about product development and improvement, with a user-first approach.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a flexible, adaptive work style.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Blockchain and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) is a plus but not mandatory.
