About the position

The Technical Product Manager at Armor Defense Inc. is responsible for leading the development and management of the Armor Enterprise Cloud solution. This role involves solving complex technical problems to enhance platform performance and efficiency, ensuring that the product meets the evolving requirements of customers. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle, from defining a product roadmap to backlog planning with design and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party products and services, ensuring alignment with Armor product goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle to generate alignment on product functionality and go-to-market strategies.
• Define clear OKRs, KPIs, and metrics for data-driven analysis and optimization of product performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external consumption.

Requirements

• Strong technical background and ability to understand system architecture.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of private, hosted, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience working with SDLC and common agile methodologies (preferred).
• Educational background in computer science or related technical equivalent (preferred).
• Experience working with software, service, and DevOps teams (preferred).
• 3+ years of product management experience.

• Experience in Product Management within a hosting or software company.
