About the position

Aristocrat is seeking a Technical Product Delivery Manager to join the Digital Asset and Workflow Team within Aristocrat Labs. This role focuses on managing a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver key initiatives for product roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute product plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of services and applications in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver on key initiatives for product roadmaps.
• Support the standardization of key services and applications for internal users and partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to develop and deliver key product plans.
• Partner with leadership teams to execute on key milestones and deliverables as part of the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Technical Product Management or as a technical delivery manager supporting SaaS applications.
• Experience leading an agile team to deliver product deliverables and user requests.
• Understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users.
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Experience defining product strategy, including setting vision and developing plans.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep understanding of Atlassian Stack from a product and support standpoint.
• Previous experience supporting applications from a support role.
• Experience consolidating and standardizing application stacks.
• Experience measuring product success and showing ROI to the business.
• Previous experience managing SMEs for the Atlassian stack & Slack.
