About the position

As a Technical Product Manager at CSi, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of product management within the Product Management department. Your role involves leading a multidisciplinary engineering team to design and standardize modules for your products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal processes. You will define and document requirements for new product development, conduct functional and technical analyses on existing products, and propose improvements. Additionally, you will support sales engineers in preparing technical and financial proposals and maintain the technical aspects of your product portfolio. Your work will also include supporting the implementation of new applications in projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in product development projects.
• Define and document requirements for new products.
• Conduct functional and technical analyses on existing products.
• Propose improvements for existing products based on analyses.
• Advise sales engineers on technical and financial aspects of proposals.
• Maintain the technical aspects of the product portfolio.
• Support the implementation of new applications in projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering (electrical and/or mechanical) within industrial automation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Driven and results-oriented team player with leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites and/or Romania a few times a year.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
