We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead our ConnectAssure portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring that technology works seamlessly for our customers, and it involves diving into the exciting world of software product management. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, collaborating with product management, and ensuring effective communication and execution across teams. The Technical Product Manager will uncover and understand what our customers truly need, using this insight to develop and refine specifications for future product enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with the product management team to define the connected user experience and requirements for our platforms. The manager will also work well with internal and third-party development teams to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated and understood, aligning execution with business expectations. In addition, the Technical Product Manager will lead and facilitate collaboration among internal and external teams, coordinating efforts in developing, delivering, and supporting ConnectAssure. Engaging with global stakeholders is essential for the successful launch of ConnectAssure in target markets. The role also involves planning, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets while applying a systematic approach to problem-solving and generating actionable solutions. Project coordination across different teams is crucial, ensuring that deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly. The manager will work closely with commercial teams to increase product penetration and utilization through tools, training, and value-focused programs, and will participate in sales training, conferences, and customer events, collaborating with marketing teams to create effective collateral and lead campaigns. Regular assessments of competitors and their connectivity solutions will be part of the role, along with providing comprehensive field support regarding product application and use. Responsibilities

  • Uncover and understand customer needs to develop and refine specifications for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to define user experience and requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication of requirements with internal and third-party development teams.
  • Lead and facilitate collaboration among internal and external teams for product development.
  • Engage with global stakeholders for successful product launches in target markets.
  • Plan, forecast, and achieve revenue targets while applying systematic problem-solving.
  • Coordinate development activities across different teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to increase product penetration and utilization.
  • Participate in sales training, conferences, and customer events to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide field support regarding product application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in on-premise or cloud software, connected devices, or IoT products.
  • Product/user/customer training and technical sales expertise.
  • Experience supporting sales and renewals for software products.
  • Knowledge of IT systems administration and networking technologies.
  • Strong background in creating technical enablement programs and knowledge bases.
  • Ability to manage to targets and KPIs.
  • Comfort working with remote teams and customers.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and proactive, action-oriented attitude.
