About the position

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of document processing SDKs, ensuring they meet the needs of developers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer use cases, collaboration with engineering teams, and the ability to prioritize product features based on business value and customer feedback. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about creating exceptional product experiences for developers.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of Apryse's document processing SDKs and customer use cases.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to assess technical feasibility and propose innovative solutions.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases through an agile development process.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and partner with Product Marketing.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on product features.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Developer, or similar role in a software development company.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with document processing technologies, SDK or API products.
  • Previous work with a developer-focused product or company.
