About the position

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to support the strategic vision, development, and execution of a Fortune 500 healthcare company's trade tools. As a key member of the team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality features that exceed customer expectations. This role involves partnering deeply with respective stakeholders across the company to understand their goals, drive outcomes, and deliver value. You will also support team members responsible for the life cycle management of the product, especially the engineers, to ensure technical quality and solution delivery. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for driving the technical roadmap and solutions for the product to achieve desired outcomes and deliver value. This requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver on commitments. Additionally, you will evaluate the current product's state to identify opportunities through customer needs, product analysis, digital data, and stakeholder conversations. This position will start at 20 hours per week with the opportunity for 40 hours as the project progresses, although this is not guaranteed at the start. The role can be performed fully remotely, with compensation ranging from $45 to $55 per hour based on years of experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience problem solving within complex environments
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts
  • Experience in Data Portals
  • Experience with cloud and cloud migrations (GCP Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile environments and leading decentralized teams
  • High technology, data, and security acumen
  • Experience in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management
