About the position

The Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in managing projects within the data space, focusing on Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Reporting. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills who can work independently and manage client relationships effectively. The role involves overseeing project execution and ensuring successful delivery while navigating complex project scenarios in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Run Scrum and oversee project management activities within an Agile methodology.
• Communicate effectively with clients and build transparent relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Understand project requirements and dependencies between teams.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements.
• Own specific programs and projects, ensuring accountability for delivery.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within client engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the data space.
• Solid experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Reporting projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience managing challenging project scenarios and client communications.
• Familiarity with the Life Insurance industry is a plus.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation.
