About the position

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team in Ridgefield Park, NJ. This position is a one-year contract role that requires a highly skilled individual responsible for defining product and project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. The Technical Product Manager will analyze and develop procedures for both management and technical duties, ensuring that the product and project align with business goals and timelines. This role involves creating necessary processes in conjunction with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective management and planning of projects. The Technical Product Manager will be tasked with analyzing, developing, and documenting implementation requirements based on business requests. This includes assigning technical implementation tasks to appropriate teams and communicating any further actions required to complete the project successfully. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the Product Manager will be expected to provide frequent updates in written format to leadership on an ad-hoc basis. The role also involves determining and defining clear deliverables from business stakeholders and collaborating with associated teams to meet established goals. Additionally, the Technical Product Manager will be responsible for updating and maintaining all production data as required for the team's specific requests. A critical aspect of this position is examining all management and technical processes to ensure they are delivered as expected, thereby contributing to the overall success of the projects undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop and document requirements of implementation per business request.
• Assign the tasks of technical implementations to the right teams and communicate further required actions to complete the project.
• Provide frequent updates in written format to leadership on an ad-hoc basis.
• Determine and define the clear deliverables from business stakeholders and collaborate with associate teams to meet the goals.
• Update and maintain all production data as required for the team's specific requests.
• Examine all management and technical processes to ensure they are delivered as expected.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in product management or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in software development and project management software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
