About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our prospective customer's business problems and how our solution can uniquely solve it. This includes demoing the product and acting as a technical subject matter expert. You will collaborate closely with the Product Management, Customer Success, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure that Hypersonix can be successful with each client. In this role, you will develop and customize our sales materials, security documentation, and lead responses to RFPs. Hypersonix.ai is the leading AI-driven product sales and margin platform for retailers, omni-channel and eCommerce pure play retailers. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle to meet the requirements of complex enterprises.
- Deliver product demonstrations, including all technical aspects.
- Comprehend business problems and show how the solution can deliver a requested business outcome on the fly.
- Understand early-stage prospects' needs and how our solution could uniquely solve their challenges.
- Develop product strategies and messaging for retail technology products and solutions, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, such as product reviews, case studies, and technical documentation, tailored to the retail industry.
- Create and share a repository of content the sales team can leverage to solve specific pain points.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the retail AI market.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and industry-specific insights to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Understand the evolving needs and challenges of retailers, such as forecasting, pricing, and competitive pressures.
- Leverage past experience in the retail industry to develop trust and better understand the pain points and requirements of potential customers.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure product features align with market demand and customer requirements in the retail sector.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align technical solutions with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Onboard and train new employees as they come up to speed on our solution and value proposition.
Requirements
- Experience in technical sales support, particularly in the retail technology sector.
- Strong understanding of product marketing and positioning strategies.
- Ability to create compelling marketing collateral and technical documentation.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
