About the position

The Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in a Ticket Resale company, focusing on API connectivity and product ownership. This position involves collaborating with the software team to develop a roadmap for API integration, leveraging SQL and data analytics skills to enhance the product's functionality. The role is hybrid, allowing for direct interaction with team members while managing the API layer for a new greenfield product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the API roadmap for various endpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the software team to ensure effective API connectivity.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Lead API-related initiatives and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Ownership experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data analytics.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience building out API roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in software development.
• History in data analysis.
• Experience working with merchant portals, eCommerce, or POS systems.
